Who is responsible
Bruno Ferreira, freelance software developer, based in Paredes, Portugal. You can reach me through the contact form on this site or the email shown in the contact section.
What data is collected
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. The only thing stored in your browser is the sound preference.
What it is used for
To reply to your message and, if we go ahead, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request for contact (pre-contractual steps) and my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me.
For how long
Messages stay in the site's administration panel while they are needed to reply and follow up, and are deleted after that. Those that do not lead to work are deleted within one year at most.
Who it is shared with
No one. The data only passes through the technical services that make the site work: Cloudflare (hosting, database and bot protection, with servers in the European Union) and Resend (sending the notification email, European region). Neither uses your data for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to limit its use. Just write to me. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Statistics
The site may use Cloudflare's analytics, which count visits without cookies and without identifying people.
